Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account, use Riculus, or purchase a plan.

Accounts And Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, credentials, connected sources, and having permission to use the data you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, surveillance, deception, or attempts to bypass platform or security limits.

Plans And Payments

Plan features, billing period, price, taxes, trial terms if offered, and the total due are shown before purchase. You authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the selected payment method. That provider may act as Merchant of Record and handle payment processing, tax, receipts, refunds, fraud review, and disputes. Riculus does not store complete card details.

Renewal, Cancellation, And Refunds

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until auto-renewal is turned off. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself create a refund. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Approved refunds return through the original provider and payment method, and access may end after a full refund. Mandatory consumer rights and the provider's buyer terms still apply.

Access And Your Content

Access begins after the provider confirms payment or an offered trial and remains subject to the current plan and subscription status. You retain rights to content you submit and give Riculus only the permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it while providing the service.

Service Changes And Suspension

Features and integrations may change as the product develops. Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

Liability And Support

Riculus is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or particular business results. Reports support your decisions but are not legal, tax, financial, or advertising guarantees. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
