Riculus Analytics is an internal analytics workspace used for product research, Google Ads planning, campaign optimization, and reporting for products operated by the site owner.

Information We Process

The service may process account information, authentication session data, workspace and project metadata, manually entered research notes, report content, keyword planning context, campaign planning context, technical logs, and source metadata needed to operate and secure the workspace.

Google Ads Data

If Google Ads API access is enabled, Riculus Analytics may use it to review keyword planning data, campaign planning data, and optimization context for owned products. The tool is not intended to sell, rent, or expose Google Ads data to third parties.

How Information Is Used

• Operate authenticated accounts, sessions, workspaces, and projects.

Sharing

Riculus Analytics does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, authentication, email, monitoring, and analytics providers only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed for internal research, reporting, account operation, security, backups, and legal or operational requirements. Data may be deleted or archived when it is no longer needed.

Security

The service uses authenticated access, origin-side application controls, private database access, rate limits, monitoring, and backup procedures to protect the workspace.
